Solution Implementation Strategy
Our team follows a multi-phased approach when creating each client’s unique solution set. The general marketing, design and web solution process is broken into three phases.

Phase 1 focuses on research and planning.

Phase 2 focuses on strategy execution, process checkpoints and contingency planning alternatives pending staged campaign accomplishments.

Phase 3 focuses on measuring campaign effectiveness, quantifying return on investment, setting benchmarks and determining future campaign efficiencies.

Phase 1: Research & Planning
1. Understand your business, marketing, design, web solutions and overall sales goals. Speak with key business stakeholders to get internal customer feedback. Assess budget requirements.

2. Evaluate all applicable internal and external customer data. Examine previous key performance indicators and strategies.

3. Research and analyze the trends (usage, effectiveness, price, customer acquisition rates, etc.) associated with your products and services. Perform competitive analysis.

4. Create, edit or position a value proposition and key messaging for your brand.

5. Conduct quantitative and qualitative research with existing and/or prospective customers as necessary.

6. Establish new performance metrics with key business stakeholders as necessary.

7. Develop demand generation and lead nurturing strategies.

8. Create integrated marketing, design, and web solution strategy initiatives.

Phase 2: Launch Strategy
1. Execute campaign launch initiatives according to the marketing calendar for target customers using demand generation, lead nurturing, marketing, advertising, public relations and sales. (In person, over the phone, online)

2. Utilize a multi-pronged approach to measure process checkpoint goals. Analyze sales goals, bottom line figures, internal and external customer feedback metrics, employee training effectiveness and external customer satisfaction initiatives.

3. Measure and benchmark staged marketing campaign and individual project goals.

4. Rely on pre-planned contingency strategies as necessary, if goals are exceeded.

5. Rely on pre-planned contingency strategies as necessary, if campaign initiatives are underperforming.

Phase 3: Post-Launch Strategy
1. Evaluate key performance indicators in sales, cost of goods sold and bottom line result impact. Segment customers.

2. Analyze the overall campaign effectiveness by weighing the budget percentage used versus the number of sales leads generated, the cost per customer inquiry, the percentage of qualified leads transitioned to the sales team, the cost per lead, sales close rate, number of sales, cost per sale, total number of sales, average size of sale, time to sale, total revenue generated.

3. Perform communications audit.

4. Analyze all qualitative and quantitative customer metrics.

5. Assess applicable web, public relations and advertising equivalency measurements.

6. Create new forecasts, set new benchmarks and determine the resources and budget necessary to improve the overall marketing campaign results.
